Le corps dansant est convié à se rendre accessible pour l’onde du retour : le feed-back dont la qualité livre immédiatement le contenu précis pour nourrir une connexion sensible avec l’acte. \nLa perméabilité\, ainsi que l’intelligence de la peau & des membranes internes soutiennent une écoute kinesthésique en mesure de gérer les informations & d’articuler les détails interne & externe. \nL’activation d’un système communicant entre stimuli & perception permet au/à la danseur/se d’incarner ses sources d’inspiration & de composer sa danse depuis l’intérieur. \nDans ce WorkShop tu apprends à\n— saisir & synthétiser un spectre complexe de paramètres sensoriel\, spatio-temporel\, émotionnel — générer davantage de flux en apaisant la pression & l’effort productif\n— enrichir la singularité de ta danse par la porosité de ta relation avec ton contexte scénique. \nJe te montre les outils adéquats & comment les employer à partir de tes ressources\, en privilégiant ton plaisir grâce à une réduction ciblée d’astreintes inutiles. \n__________________________________________________\n\nEntering into resonance requires movement\, an internal dynamic capable of opening the channel of reception & extending the listening.
